Translate innovation insights into inspiring visuals
We are looking for a passionate graphic designer to support and enhance the company’s innovation & design activities. As a graphic designer, you will work on projects that span across different industries and scopes, always at the intersection of visual design and business innovation. No matter if print, digital or moving images, it’s always about creating visuals that clearly capture intangible concepts and engage people.
In the middle of an interdisciplinary team, you will be involved in various ongoing client and internal projects to challenge the project teams with a designers mindset and support the creation of project outcomes through comprehensible storytelling, clear structures and engaging designs. In addition, we are looking for a motivated personality who is willing to bring in their own expertise and interests to add value to the team. → Structure and visually design project materials like proposals, presentations, documentations and rapid prototypes
→ Challenge and enhance client projects by joining our teams sporadically to bring in a designer’s perspective
→ Join ideation sessions to brainstorm concepts solving real user needs
→ Support internal design and communication activities where needed
All of the above include layouting, illustrating, image editing, video cutting, creation of simple animations, etc.
→ Proven work experience (2+ years) in a company environment
→ Strong interest for Human-Centered Innovation, Design Thinking and agile concept development
→ Min. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in visual communication or related fields
→ Professional level in Adobe Software (InDesign; Photoshop; Illustrator), Figma and presentation software like keynote, powerpoint and google slides
→ Storytelling skills are an asset
→ We expect excellent knowledge of English and German with fluency in speaking, reading & writing (as you will be working on German speaking projects sometimes)
→ Additionally you are proactive (bring in ideas & initiatives), action-oriented and autonomous, pay attention to detail, learn quick and are a team-player
