Description
We are currently looking for an experienced innovation consultant that can support us in the design, implementation and supervision of client projects. As a Spark Works consultant, you will be working with private and public clients on projects that span across different industries and scopes. Such projects could include qualitative user research and innovation road-mapping as well as coaching and facilitation on agile methodologies (e.g.Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Business Modelling). We are a small, dynamic and very interdisciplinary team. Depending on the project, you will be working hand in hand with people of different backgrounds to build on each knowledge, deliver the best outcome to our clients as well as foster a collaborative learning environment inside the team.
Main tasks
    Create, manage and deliver innovation consulting projects of various nature, so that they meet the time, cost and quality standards of our clients and surpass their expectations
    Attend sales and briefing meetings prior to each new client/qualification delivery
    Develop and co-design workshop/research/project activities, scopes, objectives, tools and deliverables, when required
    Conduct desk and field research to support projects with customer-centric data
    Guide and support participants during workshop sessions or different phases of the project through excellent communication, coaching and supervision
    Manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders involved
    Monitor and report on project progress
    Prepare and attend final project presentations and debriefings

    QUALIFICATIONS
     Proven work experience (2+ yrs) in facilitation of innovation processes (in a consultancy, agency or corporate)
     Min. Bachelor or preferably Master (or instead 5 yrs of relevant work experience) in Design, Economics, Business, Innovation Management or other related fields
     Strong background/education in the areas of Human-Centered Design and Agile methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Lean Management)
     Proficiency in English and German: understand nuances in language in order to conduct qual. interviews, run workshops, etc.
     Proficiency in other languages such as French are a plus
     Basic experience working with Mac (pages, keynote, etc.) 
     Additionally you are passionate, proactive (bring in ideas & initiatives), flexible, action-oriented, reliable and autonomous, have attention to detail, learn quick and are a team-player
