ABOUT US
Creative Dock is Europe’s largest independent venture builder. We build digital products and companies from idea to scale. We innovate for corporations and help them find new sources of revenue, even changing their business model through digitization and digitalization. As a group we operate in 10 countries and have launched 100+ products and companies throughout Europe. We employ 500+ people across our main offices in Prague, Zurich, and Berlin. In the first half of 2022 the group has expanded to include Spark Works, which focuses on early stage in-house and open innovation; Rohrbeck Heger, with its longstanding expertise in strategy and foresight, and Founders Lane, a Berlin-based corporate venture builder. Together we’ve built a highly experienced innovation team of around 60 people across Europe.
description
Our innovation traineeship is a unique 12-month program for outstanding graduates offering a 360-degree hands-on learning experience that introduces the three pillars of the Creative Dock group: venture building, innovation, and foresight. During the traineeship program, candidates will deep dive into the work and culture of teams in three locations (Prague, Zurich, and Berlin), operating across three brands (Creative Dock, Spark Works, and Rohrbeck Heger). Trainees will spend 4 months in each location, where they will join local teams in various innovation activities and projects, including market or foresight research, brainstorming workshops, design sprints, and user testing, etc. Afterwards they will rotate to the next brand, where they will see a different part of the innovation process and learn new methods to expand their innovation toolkit. The program also includes dedicated mentoring and peer exchange to ensure that all trainees have continuous support and a rewarding learning experience. After the successful completion of the traineeship, promising candidates are usually offered full-time employment within the group.
