Description
Spark Works is looking for a dynamic team members to support the company’s activities in our office in the heart of Zurich. As user researcher you will assist with various on-going research tasks in a variety of external research and internal projects. You will be working closely with project leads and consultants assisting them in the execution of client projects and making sure that results are delivered up to high-quality standards.
Main tasks
→ Help with project planning and material preparation (incl. interview guidelines)
→ Conduct desk research (competitor benchmarking, trend research, etc.)
→ Recruit and schedule interviews while monitoring demographic balance of sample
→ Conduct and document interviews in person and remotely
→ Summarise interim findings and write interim reports
→ Conduct analysis (abstract from observations to consumer insight)
→ Write texts for project reports and publications
→ Help with project admin, such as expense reporting, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
→ Proficiency in English and German: understand nuances in language in order to conduct qual. interviews
→ Proficiency in other languages such as French are a plus
→ Basic experience working with Mac (pages, keynote, etc.)
→ Min. Bachelor or preferably Master (or instead 5 years of relevant work experience) in psychology/anthropology/design research or similar studies
→ 1-2 years work experience running qualitative user research and future foresight studies
→ Additionally you are passionate, proactive (bring in ideas & initiatives), flexible, action-oriented, reliable and autonomous, have attention to detail, learn quick and are a team-player
