Based on its new company strategy, Siemens wanted to redesign its global leadership training program, by instilling and educate employees worldwide on a new agile mindset composed of Value Stream Mapping & JTBD (Jobs to be done) methodology.

We delivered two innovative exercises that were ultimately split into three individual 90 minute exercises. These exercises which revolved around the methodology of VSM and JTBD were subsequently incorporated into leadership training for the top 1000 of the company’s worldwide management talent pool.
